Green Oaks is a settlement founded by KingdarkX and Killerslug. It is situated in a wooded glade branching off from the road to Silent Hill. It is currently under construction.
At around 5-10 minutes walk from newtown, Green Oaks is not hard to get to. (Other than all the monster spawns.)It is near many spawns and thus has bountiful hunting grounds, steppe is only a minute away.

Many of the Green Oaks facilities are for citizens only, but some are for villagers.

Green Oaks has a cattle pen for citizens that currently has 3 female calves. Because of a nearby spawn, this number is likely to increase.
