Animal spawning and behavior
- Most creatures like to avoid civilized areas, and will have a reduced spawn rate near such areas. Farmlands do not spawn creatures at all.
Certain creatures, such as Unicorns, Trolls and Goblins, have a single spawn point on each map. This means they will only be in one area on the entire map. This spawn points moves around slightly in time.- There are basically two types of creatures in Wurm. Normal animals which can be tamed, and are usually based on real-world animals, and monsters which cannot be tamed, but often can be dominated.
