A mooring rope tied to an anchor.

The rope determines success rate, the anchor determines (max) QL.

When you fail making the mooring anchor you lose the mooring rope and the anchor gets turned into scrap.

To moor: Activate mooring anchor -> right-click ship -> moor. To unmoor: Right-click ship -> raise anchor.

Both captain and passengers can moor a vessel, but only the captain can raise anchor.
