General
Palance is a humble Boat south of Samling. Generally providing assistance to newer players as well as free meals for exchange of work.
Feel free to ask me to help you, I will if I can. Its what Freedom is all about.
Palance and Ghosted have founded 'Oak Point' Village. A commercial harbor and boat building village.
Location
Resides in Oak Point as the Lead Harbor Man.
The harbor can be located 6 minutes south of Samling going towards Darken Stone.
