Body control is a skill that helps with accuracy and stealthing, and determines the mounts a player can ride.
The best method to gain body control is by fighting but smithing and carpentry both offer decent skill gain.
Body control levels

The body control required to ride a cow has been slightly increased to over 20 [tested and able to ride at 20.000436 body control], hence you must now be premium to ride a cow. Free players can not ride any animal at the moment.
