This is a helpful player on the Freedom server. While in-game try to message this person if you need help. The command for this is /tell Afira

Afira is the Queen of Mydonia (29x, 47y) which is found south of Windy Knoll (29x, 45y).

She also happens to be the official Queen of All Drama, a title she won about 600 years ago, and no challenger has ever defeated her.
