A a wooden shaft with a rounded part used both to tie ropes to as well as a weapon for drunk sailors.
A belaying pin is a ship building item. The rowboat doesn't require any pins, while larger ships require between 4 and 10.
Uses main clubs skill when used as a weapon. It is incredibly fast, but does low to no damage on armored targets (QL has a high impact on it)
Definition: nautical; a short cylindrical, sometimes tapered round bar of metal or wood, that fits into a hole in a pin or fife rail: used for belaying.
