A Source crystal is a shiny precious gem that can appear on the ground after a mining action.
Notes
- The maximum quality of the gem depends on the quality of the tile mined or your mining skill - whichever is lower.
- Priests can cast Vessel on gems to store favor for later use. The amount of favor stored depends on the quality of the gem and the faith of the priest.
- Storing favor in a gem causes it to become Radiant.
A source crystal can also be crushed into source salt, which provides 10 karma when eaten. The source crystal is described as a pink crystal in event, but is named source crystal in the inventory.
Warning
You can vessel a source crystal, but you will not be able to extract the favor out of it. [???]
