Description
A one step long wooden stake that is used to stake out a settlement, which would provide increased security and reserve the land for your use. Use it on the ground where you wish to settle.
Use
Right-clicking and selecting Settlement>Found Settlement will bring up a Settle Application Form. With sufficient funds in your bank (and other requirements met) you can use this to found an 11x11 tile deed.
