A bandaged wound will not get any worse from bleeding (take more damage), but will instead slowly heal.
It seems that a larger wound needs more rags to be healed or bandaged. This needs further testing, but the current thinking is as follows:
| Wound Type | Cotton weight |
|---|---|
| Very Light | 0.1 |
| Light | 0.2 |
| Medium | 0.3 |
| Bad | 0.4 |
| Severe | 0.5 |
Or
| Wound damage | Cotton weight |
|---|---|
| 0-30 | 0.1 |
| 31-60 | 0.2 |
| 61-90 | 0.3 |
| 91-120 | 0.4 |
| 121-150? | 0.5 |
