Description
Worm brains is a damage-dealing spell given to priests of Libila. It can be cast on creatures or other players, and gives the target an infected head wound. The wound will increase in damage similar to a Rotting Touch wound.
Method
- Activate a statuette of Libila
- Right-click another player, or creature
- Select Spells > Worm brains
