Description
Phantasms has two possible effects, depending on whether it's cast on a player or a non-player creature.
- Players: Causes the outlines of enemies and allies to swap randomly every few seconds.
- Non-player creatures: Causes the target to attack a nearby unit that is hostile to the caster.
