Background
Klipstapel is a rehabilitation settlement founded by Haskell in 2019/07. After leaving Freedom Isles for several years, previously as player Marlon, Haskell returns to Independence once again. The word "Klipstapel" means "Rockpile" in Afrikaans. This pattern of naming follows this player around most of the Wurm universe.
Land Use & Ownership
Klipstapel is an already terraformed piece of land, situated just off the coast of Bearshark Bay. The closest neighbouring settlement is Avanlea. It was previously inhabited by Muricazam, which is only known by the signatures on decaying items and vehicles in the vicinity. The land has its own mine and Spirit Castle and will be used for residential, workshop and mining use.
