Description

Effects
The skull shoulder pad gives a buff to area spell damage reduction when hit.
Notes
- An item that is purchased with points from participating in an active rift.
- Shoulder pads take damage when not in the player's inventory, on a merchant, in the mail, or in a magic chest and cannot be repaired.
- If dyed, shoulderpads must be removed and re-equipped to show color.
