All money in Wurm is represented by coins of various metals. Only NPC Traders give out coins - they cannot be created by players to prevent fraud. However, players may buy coins from the store.

The Bank of Wurm states the lowest currency unit in Wurm to be:

Furthermore, the following denominations apply:
- One Hundred Iron Coins (100i) = One Copper Coin (1c)
