This was a Jenn-Kellon (white light) settlement on the now deleted home server.

Description
A size 5 Homestead founded by Dilzi.
Leonal also resides there. Hence the name, Dilzi Leonal, spelt backwards. (Yes, I know, I made a mistake when typing Leonal's name backwards, but nothing can be done now.)
