Description
A skill used in butchering animals. Used for gaining items from corpses, like pelts and meat. This skill is also used when filleting fish and meat gathered from other creatures.
Butchering method
- Activate a butchering knife, right-click the corpse and select Butcher.
If it was not your kill, examine the corpse to see if it has been butchered. NOTE! Butchering human corpses makes your Alignment drop by 5 units. (This does not include followers of Libila)
Filleting
Filleting cuts up meat and fish in 0.3kg portions. It never fails. The quality depends on your butchering skill, the quality of the fish, the quality of your butchering knife, and the skill you have in using a butchering knife.
Remains smaller then 0.3 kg will be discarded. This means that a 0.8kg fish will give two 0.3kg fish filet.
