ReaperSWE is a member of Newtown where he runs the Newbie Shop. He is Swedish but prefers to speak English and is (sometimes) very helpful. ReaperSWE is an explorer that scavenges items, but he also enjoys terraforming and helping new people. But you may want to keep calm and don't ask too much of him, because easy to annoy him as he is very picky about grammatics.
