Strength is a the skill which indicates how strong you are. With high strength you do more damage in combat and you do more damage to walls you bash. You also can hold more weight and move faster with heavy loads.
Strength is raised by Mining, Woodcutting, Digging, charcoal pile making, Smithing and Masonry.
Bashing Guard towers also gains you strength.
You need 21 strength to have the ability to destroy fences, walls and gates.
