the mine tiles are a bit more tricky, its still a 4x4 tile , but there are 9 points you can lower in the one tile, so i drew a 4x4 square then quartered it, both across and diagonally to give me 8 parts per tile. I don't have very good guides for caves really, but it shouldn't be to hard.
