A plate armour set:
- weighs 20.50 kg.
- reduces your speed to 10.89km/h on a slabbed tile.
- decreases hit chance.
- receives very little damage in combat, unless attacked with mauls.
Unverified Information
Plate armour generally provides the highest base defense.
Plate has a defense bonus vs cutting. The equipment also has a penalty vs mauls causing higher damage to the equipment when attacked with a maul.
It does not affect attack speed. To compensate the decrease in hit chance, the weapon's QL can be increased.
