Slon is an elder of Port Isengard and has worked towards building the city along with a few others. He is a former member of Serenity Port and moved to Port Isengard when it was being sold. Before becoming a member of Serenity Port, he used to live outside of Newtown and was against its highway project, which went through his farm.
