KoS (Kill on Sight) is a feature used by deed owners to keep criminals and other people off of their land. When a person is placed on KoS, the guards of the deed attack the person if he attempts to enter the deed.
Kill on Sight also denotes when a player should be attacked when sighted, regardless of the circumstances. This is usually reserved reserved for players of an opposite kingdom, known spies, and known thieves.
