Don't let Doc's name scare you, he's a nice fellow (Most of the time... >:) ). He lives in Quebec, Canada. He also is a bit insane.
He came across the game a few months before the reset, invited in by friends.
Freedom
Doc and Misterangry sailed three of their ships over to Freedom, Misterangry founded Turivelk, then gave the deed to Doc. Doc quit a few months later in September. He's been gone since.
