Based on my limited understanding of the game's mechanics, attack speed seems to be determined by two variables: weapon skill and enchantments, which can take off a total of up to four seconds from the attack timer. I don't know if someone has actually tested and confirmed that this third variable (body control) plays a part in weapon speed, so I have removed that statement from the page. Feel free to correct this if it does in fact affect the speed. | Based on my limited understanding of the game's mechanics, attack speed seems to be determined by two variables: weapon skill and enchantments, which can take off a total of up to four seconds from the attack timer. Attack speed
