Description
Black, sooty charcoal.
Creation
Charcoal is created by slowly burning lots of wood in a charcoal pile. Charcoal is also a butchering product of a lava fiend or a lava spider.
Usage
Its main use is to create steel, in combination with iron.
Notes
Charcoal can be combined to larger pieces. Making steel from those pieces however will use up the whole combined piece but only yield the steel for a single 0.5kg charcoal.
Tip: You can split a 1.5 kg animal charcoal into 0.5 kg pieces by putting it in a bulk storage bin and taking the pieces back out.
