Grain is a food plant, seeds of which can be found by botanizing or sometimes foraging, planted on dirt, farmed with a rake, harvested with a scythe, and ground into flour with grindstone to make bread. Grain seeds can also be used to tame horses, for instance.
The grains of Wurm:
Note that corn is also a grain by definition, but not treated as such in Wurm. For instance, you cannot make bread from it, and it does not need to be harvested with a scythe.
