Heart can be gained by butchering a lava fiend. GMs and blacklighters can also butcher it from humans.
Can be used in making healing covers, with power of 5. When used in a healing cover, 0.50kg of the heart is consumed. The heart is edible and is also considered a meat, which makes it an ingredient for hot food cooking.
