Description
The brown bear has a distinctive hump on the shoulders, and long deadly claws on the front paws.
Brown bear is a dangerous animal to new players, but less so than its cousin black bear. It can be killed by a well-equipped player without much fighting skill. Do not try to run away from it into the water, because this bear can swim. It can be tamed with meat or fish (15+ taming skill recommended). Since brown bears can swim, one in the water is sometimes referred to as a Bearshark.
