Citizen
Introduction
A citizen of a Settlement. Generally they only have the most basics of rights on the deed; however the Mayor (deed holder) can configure each deed member to have any of deed rights.
On death, a citizen can chose to re-spawn at the Settlement they belong to rather than the spawn deed, and also choose to re-spawn on deeds allied to their own town if they are within 50 tiles of the allied deed token when they die.
A citizen can choose to create or relocate their Bank account to the settlement token, but has the right to choose any deed token on the server as their bank.
If the settlement is a democracy, Citizens can use the "/vote username" command to vote for a new mayor. 51% of the votes are needed to elect a new mayor. If it is a dictatorship, then the mayor cannot be remplaced by the citizens of the settlement.
