Description

A large, fast, eight legged creature.

• Weak against leather.
• 70dmg hits.
• Weak against swords.
• Can't swim.
• 30-40 fighting with full Leather and Steel Full Helm recommended.
• Avoids deeded areas.
• Fast, a wee bit slower than a person who isn't wearing armour on level grass.
• When not carrying much, the best way to outrun a spider is on a cobblestone road
• SPECULATION: Aged spiders are slower than other spiders, I was able to completely outrun one on grass

Fighting Tips

It's best to run from a spider the moment you see it moving towards you. If you have 30+ fighting and full leather, full stamina, and long swords, you stand a chance of killing it. Spiders can kill single tower guards and can usually defeat 2 light deed guards if only facing 2.
