Founder

This is the name of the player that founded or "planted" a deed for a homestead or town. This person is able to control the deed's guard options (such as if they would like, heavy, medium, or light gaurds), what can and cannot be done on the deeded area, and whether or not homesteads are allowed within the 100 tile "area of influnce".
