Main / Resources / Wood


Wood is found in the form of felled trees, logs, or branches. It is the main type of resource used in carpentry and is found from cutting down trees. Any wooden item can be used as fuel.

Type of wood

The type of wood of the last wooden item that is attached to a carpentry item determines its type of wood. Depending on the type of wood an item is made of, it has different textures and colors.

Bonus of Wood Types

  • Oak
    • Tools made from oak take 20% less damage through use.
    • Arrows made out of oak take less damage.
    • Provides 20% additional bash resilience.
  • Fir
    • Gives a slight bonus to the time it takes for fish to appear, when used to make wooden fishing hooks.
  • Pine
    • Gives a slight bonus to the time it takes for fish to appear, when used to make wooden fishing hooks.
  • Cedar
    • Slows the decay rate of containers. This does not affect the decay of the items inside containers.
    • Arrows made out of cedar are 10% easier to improve and give a difficulty reduction on shot.
    • Gives a slight bonus to the time it takes for fish to appear, when used to make wooden fishing hooks.
  • Apple
    • Gives a slight bonus to the time it takes for fish to appear, when used to make wooden fishing hooks.
  • Oleander
    • Gives a slight bonus to the time it takes for fish to appear, when used to make wooden fishing hooks.
  • Walnut
    • Charcoal piles made from walnut give a 10% bonus to the quality of the items it produces.
  • Maple
    • Arrows made out of maple take less damage and give a difficulty reduction on shot. They also take less damage each time they are fired.
  • Willow
    • Best wood for bows and gives a difficulty reduction.
    • It is also the best wood for fishing poles.
  • Lemon/Orange
