Method

1. Equip a Needle in your Inventory
2. Right click on a Square piece of cloth
3. Select Create/Armour/Cloth Sleeves

• Needle

Items Required

• Square piece of cloth - .2kg

Resulting Product

• Cloth Sleeves - .2kg
• Failure = rags - .2kg

Improvements

1. Equip a String of cloth from your Inventory.
2. Right click on the Cloth Sleeves and select Improve.

Note: The String of cloth needs to be of higher QL than the Cloth Sleeves to increase the QL of the Cloth Sleeves.
