Description

A mixture made through alchemy, used for making leather out of animal hide.

Method

1. Put water in container.
2. Activate ash.
3. Right click on water in container, create->misc->lye

Tools required

1. Container for water.

Items required

• Ash
• Water

The water:ash weight ratio must be between 9 and 30.

Usage

Used to turn hide into leather and creating traps.

Tips

• Quality of the lye is capped by the quality of the ash used and affected by your skill in Natural substances.
• The entire quantity of lye is used when making leather regardless of weight.
• A pottery flask with 1 potatoe and 4 corn in it will hold additional ~0,005kg lye. Keep the lye in a pottery jar or waterskin and fill the flask from there as needed. This way precious high ql lye will last very long.
