Shields can block a large number of melee attacks you, up to 75%. Shields must be equiped on the left arm. Shields damage quite fast when in use, so repair them often. Higher skill in Sheilds increases both block chances and how fast the shield damages from use. Shield skill helps with all types of shields, but the subskills for each shield type only help when using that type of shield.

Types

There are 6 types of Shield, each has its own subskill.

• Medium wooden shield
• Large wooden shield
