In pursuit of comprehension

Contents

Faith

Athetist characters have (X) faith.

  • Increased by praying.
  • Decreased by going against your deity's will (faithful disabled) and being noticed doing so.
  • If faith drops to (X), the character becomes atheist.

JK and HoTS characters are the same.

Favor

Atheist characters have (X) favor.

  • Increased over time (cannot exceed faith).
  • Decreased by casting spells (priest, champion only).

JK and HoTS characters are the same.

Alignment

Atheist characters have (X) alignment.

  • Increased by good actions (like burying human corpses).
  • Decreased by evil actions (like butchering human corpses).
  • If alignment drops to (X), what happens?

HoTS characters have alignment locked at -1.

Reputation

  • Increased over time.
  • Decreased by stealing (inside a writ) and killing (non-outlaws).
  • If reputation drops to 0, character becomes an outlaw.
  • If reputation drops to -100, character is targeted by tower guards.
  • If reputation drops to -200, character becomes HoTS and is kicked to wild server (if on home)

HoTS characters have reputation locked at 100.

Characters of different kingdom "count as outlaws" for most purposes.

Deed reputation

Breaking the laws of a deed reduces your reputation on that deed. It does not affect your global reputation.

Interaction of deed guards and outlaws, deed guards and different kingdom characters?

  • Deed guards will kill all outlaws that have less then -100 global reputation (same with kingdom guards)
  • Deed guards will kill all of the opposing kingdom.
