Description
Wind is used to determine maximum ship speeds in each direction. The 90 degree angle which stretches 45 degrees on either side of the direction the wind is coming from give you the slowest speed. The next 90 degrees away from the direction the wind is coming from give a much faster speed. The 90 degrees across from the wind source give you the fastest speed.
You can find the current wind speed and direction by typing /weather into a chat window.
The possible wind speeds are, in ascending order in terms of power:
- Light breeze
- Breeze
- Strong breeze
- Gale
