You receive 8 real hours per real day to perform 'fatiguing' tasks. Fatiguing tasks are usually things that take time. The main reason behind fatigue is to prevent macros. You may pool up to 12 hours of fatigue. You receive 1 hour of fatigue every 3 hours. Type /fatigue to check how much time you have left.
