The Story so Far.
According to legend, New Vagrant was formed after the original town of Vagrant located towards the centre of the Golden Valley was destroyed by unforseen evil.. Many perished in the hellfire that engulfed the region, however one man survived: Traslogan. Disorientated and permanently traumatized by what had happened to him, Traslogan wandered for days on end looking for somewhere to die. Eventually he fell into the care of a carpenter by the name of DURRRR. Durr was also a simple man, so the two got along perfecttly. Traslogan would often recall stories of Vagrant to his friend.. And eventually his memories were rebuilt and dreams fulfilled when work on New Vagrant began. They chose a fine spot known as "The Twin Lakes" for their settlement. They started with a small farmstead as somewhere to maintain their way of life, but soon enough people flocked to the town and it became a bustling haven for the free.
Like any rapidly developing area of human population, corruption set in as Traslogan and Durr began running a brutal dictatorship, often forcing the inhabitants to build them entire structures on their own only to have the right to live torn from their raw hands. Soon many people left the town and a resident ran far away from the cruelty, he was known as Edrahil. A name not soon forgotten.
As time passed, friendly nomads known as 'Brongolians' came by boat to the quiet town of New Vagrant in search of new friends and trade possibilities. However the local residents did not take kindly to this and attacked. This provoked the fearsome wrath of the BRONGOLIAN HORSE ARCHERS, who proceeded to destroy the local treeline and pack all the earth in the town in preparation for occupation. The town was quickly subdued and the long arduous task of replanting a steppe in it's place began.

Current Projects
- We are currently dredging our lakes and the lake out to the sea, Durr leads this operation and would gladly accept any and all help
- (Permanent Project) We are still building housing and farm space for our villagers, so all diggers and carpenters and woodcutters are welcome to help.
Job searching
NewVagrant is searching for a full time blacksmith, capable of repairing weapons and making tools. housing and house repairs come with full membership into the village.
