Description

The dragon hatchling is not as large as a full-grown dragon and unable to fly.

Dragons are unique creatures that do not normally spawn. There is usually only one dragon of each type per map, unless they are hatched from huge eggs. On Freedom, only the White hatchling of Independence remains.

Types

  • Red: strongest
  • Black: middle (hatchling)
  • White: weak (hatchling)
  • Green: weakest (hatchling)

Abilities

  • Can swim.
  • Can climb everything.
  • Cannot fly.
  • The aggro range of the dragon depends on what type. It is highly unpredictable and will change every time you run from it.
  • Cannot be tamed.
  • Can be dominated. However without use of an artifact it is nearly impossible.
  • Female dragons rarely lay huge eggs (when they are very well fed and fat).
  • Has Bashing, slashing, biting, hitting, and tail whip attacks.
  • Hits very quickly.
  • Can bash down or damage walls or fences as well as break cave walls. - Note: Dragons can instantly bash down any walls at any QL. They are not known to bash house walls but have been known to 'walk through' them.
  • Cannot run out of stamina.
  • Moves quite fast, but can be outrun by a player running on cobblestone.
  • When killed, gives every attacker the title Dragonslayer.
  • Black dragons are known to throw players. This can be in any direction and varies from about 5 to 20 tiles. - Note: Players can be thrown over walls. If you are thrown while inside a cave, then you are teleported to the surface.

Images

Note: The pictures of the green, white and black dragons are of old models no longer used in Wurm. The green, white and black dragon hatchlings use different models now. The picture of the red dragon however is the current model used.
