Changes

Some items like [[lamp]]s, [[bulk storage bin]]s, and [[sign]]s can be [[Planting|planted]]. Once planted, they can only be picked up by the player who planted them. Items that are planted will reflect this in an event message when [[examine]]d with {{event|inline|The <item> has been firmly secured to the ground by <playername>.}}.* Planting an item requires 10 [[digging]] skill.* Plantable items can also be ''secured'', which is the same mechanic only it is available after dropping the item.
