Adding rarity numbers
*Enchantment with [[Wind of Ages]] or [[Blessings of the dark]] will also add a speed enhancement, with a higher speed bonus at higher enchantment power.
*Speed bonuses increase smoothly with increasing QL and enchantment power.
*Horse shoes that turn rare, supreme, or fantastic will give an added speed bonus. Rare: 0.48 km/h speed bonus. Supreme: 0.96 km/h speed bonus. Fantastic: 1.44 km/h speed bonus.
