Changes

Wagoners can be dismissed either by the owner or when their camp falls outside of the village or their village disbands. In all these cases, the wagoner will complete any current delivery they are performing. Then the wagoner will vanish and the contract will become available to be used again. Any waiting for accept deliveries which have the wagoner assigned, will be auto-rejected, and any deliveries in the queue that were assigned to that wagoner will have to be reassigned to another wagoner by the sender.
