added troll king crown mention.
When slain, every premium player in local will receive blood. Mixing Troll King [[blood]] with [[source salt]] will create a [[ointment of stonecutting|Ointment of Stone Cutting]].

*The Troll King, like any other unique, will break any wall or fence in it's path.
*Slaying the Troll King will give the title "[[Trollslayer]]".
