Added skill to "While_moving" category and added this detail in the tips section.
* Overaged trees have the most wood. Cutting trees younger than mature down to get wood is a waste of time and resources.
* Having a good [[Forestry]] skill (30 skill) can be useful while woodcutting because it allows you to tell the age of trees without examining them.
* Woodcutting can be done while moving, so long as you do not move too far away (two tiles) from the tile you are currently working on.
