No need to run run, when you can just run :)
*A citizen can choose to create or relocate their [[bank]] account to the settlement [[token]] but has the right to choose any deed token on the server as their bank.
*Citizens can use the ''/vote username'' command to vote for a new mayor in deeds set to run run as democracies. 51% (the majority) of such citizen votes are needed to elect a new mayor. Other governance formats on deeds do not allow for such democratic changes of mayorship.
