Damage The area of effect seems is between 5x5 and 9x9 tiles, depending on the power of the cast, and damage to be 1 tile in every direction around the casterplayers ignores armour.
New info from priest update
Tornado will cause trees to be felled, including felled fruit trees, with QL based on the power of the cast. It does not do damage to enchanted trees or bushes. Trees felled by this spell have a lesser amount of wood than when felled by chopping down.
