The contract can be purchased from any other trader for 50s (25% of this will remain with the trader the contract is bought from). It is a non-craftable and [[nodrop|no-drop]] item and stays with you when you travel to other servers. The contract is destroyed once the trader is placed. Once placed, traderwill sell certain public goods, and also buy some items from players and then offer them for sale.
