Changes

You are marked as an outlaw when you [[reputation]] goes below -1000. You can be attacked by anyone of the same kingdom and they will not lose reputation or skill. Your reputation will slowly rise by 1 every hour, even when offline. When your reputation reachs 0, you will lose your outlaw status.
